Заключение

На сегодняшний день, ВNP и NT-про-ВNP являются предпочтительными маркерами для сердечной недостаточности. Способность определять незрелые и активные молекулярные формы натрийуретических пептидов у пациентов с сердечной недостаточностью может быть клинически важным для построения терапии. Поэтому изучение этих пептидов остается важной задачей для исследователей.
